🔁 Free Returns Within 30 Days

• You can return any item for free within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• To request a return, simply email us at info@galvestro.com with your order number and reason for return.

🔄 Exchanges

• Want to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product?
  No problem – just let us know by email.

• Exchanges are also free within the 30-day return window.

💸 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Because our items are handmade to order, we kindly ask you to avoid unnecessary returns.

• Sale items can also be returned unless otherwise stated.
