Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions:

  • Galvestro: the business operating the webshop www.galvestro.com, selling handmade clothing and accessories for men and women.

  • Consumer: any natural person not acting in the course of a business or profession and who enters into a contract with Galvestro.

  • Agreement: a distance contract between Galvestro and the consumer.

  • Right of Withdrawal: the right of the consumer to cancel the purchase within the applicable period.

  • Products: handmade clothing and accessories offered on the webshop.

  • Withdrawal Period: the period during which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal.

Article 2 – Applicability

  1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Galvestro and to every distance contract concluded between Galvestro and the consumer.

  2. Before the contract is concluded, these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer electronically.

Article 3 – The Offer

  1. Galvestro offers handmade fashion items and accessories via the webshop www.galvestro.com.

  2. Each product is described as accurately as possible, including delivery time, pricing, and specifications.

  3. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding for Galvestro.

Article 4 – The Agreement

  1. The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the specified conditions.

  2. After the agreement is concluded, the consumer will receive a confirmation by email.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days of receiving the product, with reason.

  2. During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care and only unpack or use it as necessary to determine its nature and functioning.

  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send a clear request to: info@galvestro.com.

Article 6 – Return Policy

  1. Returns are free of charge.

  2. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and preferably in their original packaging.

  3. Upon receipt of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Article 7 – Prices and Payment

  1. All prices on the website include VAT (if applicable) and exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

  2. Galvestro accepts all common payment methods, including iDEAL, PayPal, credit cards, and international options.

  3. Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

Article 8 – Delivery and Fulfillment

  1. Galvestro ships worldwide.

  2. Since all products are handmade, the average delivery time is approximately 30 days.

  3. Delivery will be made to the address provided by the consumer during checkout.

  4. If delivery is delayed or cannot be fulfilled, the consumer will be informed as soon as possible.

Article 9 – Complaints

  1. Complaints about the performance of the contract must be submitted promptly, clearly described, and sent to info@galvestro.com.

  2. Galvestro will respond to complaints within 14 days.

Article 10 – Liability

  1. Galvestro is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage due to misuse of the products.

  2. The total liability of Galvestro is always limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Article 11 – Intellectual Property

  1. All intellectual property rights relating to products, images, texts, and other content on the website belong to Galvestro or its licensors.

  2. It is not permitted to copy, publish, or otherwise use any content from the website without prior written permission from Galvestro.
